According to ENCY Software Ltd. Converting complex CAD/CAM trajectories into reliable, easy-to-control robotic processes is a challenge for tasks such as milling, grinding, cutting, deburring, polishing and laser processing. The company announced yesterday that its ENCY Robot software will work with Stäubli International AG’s industrial robots.

“Manufacturers don’t need another layer of complexity,” said Andrei Kharatsidi, CEO of ENCY Software. “You need a clear path from digital preparation to real robot movement. Together with Stäubli, we are making advanced robot programming through ENCY Robot more practical and predictable.”

Founded in 2024, ENCY Software claims that its platform combines traditional and AI-driven computer-aided design and manufacturing with offline and real-time robot programming, NC code verification and cloud collaboration. ENCY Robot allows users to program robots offline, simulate processes, check collisions and singularities, and reduce robot downtime during programming, the Limassol, Cyprus-based company said.

Stäubli provides the hardware basis

ENCY Software announced the partnership at the ENCY World Conference 2026, where Stäubli Robotics and CNC Solutions came together to discuss closer integration between robotic hardware and digital manufacturing tools.

Stäubli said it provides the robotic hardware foundation for demanding production environments, including precise and stable robots designed for reliable trajectory execution.

“Advanced robotics requires programming tools that are powerful but also practical for real-world production,” said Andrea Tagliabue, global head of general industry application experts at Stäubli Robotics. “By combining Stäubli’s robotic power with ENCY’s offline programming and simulation capabilities, manufacturers and integrators can move more confidently from digital preparation to production.”

Stäubli Robotics is a global provider of industrial robots for demanding applications in the manufacturing, automotive, medical, food, pharmaceutical, logistics and metal processing industries. The company is part of the Stäubli Group, a global provider of mechatronics solutions headquartered in Switzerland.

“The agreement reflects a common direction: making advanced robotics applications easier to program, easier to deploy and easier to repeat,” ENCY said.

ENCY updates design and control software

Last week, ENCY Software released version 2.8 of its ENCY CAD/CAM system and ENCY Robot. The company added data to processing reports and operational statistics, improved workflows, fixed bugs and clarified license management.

In April, ENCY updated its ENCY Hyper system, which combines offline programming with live work in a single workflow. It supports robots from numerous vendors, including Stäubli, ABB Robotics, DENSO, Doosan Robotics, Epson Robots, FANUC, Kawasaki, KUKA, OMRON, Techman, Universal Robots and Yaskawa.

ENCY Robot also enabled artist Volkan Alkanoglu to design and produce the sophisticated form of the public sculpture INFINITY, which was installed in Pompano Beach, Florida in May.
