Under the agreements announced this week, Carahsoft will make CKEditor’s text editor application and Row64’s operational intelligence platform available to public sector customers through government contracts and Carasoft’s resellers.

Government IT solutions giant Carahsoft has reached agreements to distribute CKEditor and Row64 software products to the public sector through government contracting organizations and its own reseller partner network.
Row64, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, develops operational intelligence and business intelligence software for real-time decision-making. The platform processes and visualizes massive streaming datasets from systems like Kafka and Snowflake, transforming data into GPU-rendered visual representations.
Headquartered in Boston, CKEditor markets a customizable rich text editor application that integrates with web applications and allows users to create and format content directly in their browsers.

Headquartered in Reston, Virginia and ranked No. 6 on the 2026 CRN Solutions Provider 500, Carahsoft is a leading IT solutions provider and government contractor that serves as the primary aggregator and distributor of IT hardware and software products for federal, state and local governments and educational institutions.
According to the company, Row64’s software helps companies detect and respond to events before delays become financial or business-critical issues. Network operators, field coordinators, emergency managers and logistics managers use technology to transform data into timely, actionable insights. The GPU-accelerated platform combines event data with real-time location and operational context to deliver a consistent picture to every operator, in every browser.
As part of the partnership with Row64, Carahsoft will serve as the public sector software company’s distributor, making the company’s product available through Carahsoft’s distribution partners and through multiple contract vehicles, including the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2) and OMNIA Partners contracts.
“When a crisis unfolds, operators can’t wait for a dashboard to be updated – they need to see what’s happening and respond immediately,” Row64 CEO Marc Stevens said in a statement. “We provide a real-time operations layer that bridges the detection gap between event and action, providing operators with a live picture of events unfolding so they can detect, understand and act without decision delays. Through Carahsoft’s reseller network, agencies can deploy these capabilities without friction in procurement.”
“Row64’s real-time operational intelligence capabilities provide government operators with actionable insights,” Lacey Wean, program lead for smart cities technology solutions at Carahsoft, said in a statement. “By providing critical data visualization and eliminating decision latency, Row64 enables operators to detect, understand and respond to events as they occur. Together with our reseller partners, Carahsoft and Row64 bring a modern operational intelligence platform to the public sector, helping governments make faster, more informed decisions.”
CKEditor’s software offers a full range of features including basic text formatting, media embedding and advanced HTML editing, as well as other premium features such as AI-assisted writing, real-time collaboration, commenting, change tracking and revision history. The company said its recently released CKEditor AI suite addresses the challenges of connecting AI models and agent workflows to the content layer within applications.
Through the CKEditor partnership, Carahsoft will serve as CKEditor’s master government aggregator, making the company’s software available to the public sector through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and through contracts with NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2), National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint and OMNIA Partners.
“We are pleased to partner with Carahsoft, whose expertise and reach in the public sector make them an ideal partner for CKEditor,” said Matt Quarles, Chief Revenue Officer at Tiugo Technologies, CKEditor’s parent company. “This partnership aligns with our mission to expand access to CKEditor and provide government agencies with modern, secure and accessible content creation tools,” Quarles said in a statement.
“Carahsoft and our reseller partners look forward to helping bring CKEditor to the public sector. This powerful and flexible content editing solution replaces legacy, fragmented document processes with modern, centralized workflows,” said Natalie Gregory, Carahsoft vice president of open source solutions, in a statement. “Through this partnership, we will help improve collaboration, streamline document workflows and maintain compliance with key standards, ultimately helping the public sector better serve its constituents and achieve mission success.”
